Slick, refreshing, toasty.
Barrel fermented and then aged on lees in French barrels (partially new) for 10 months, this Chardonnay, made from clone 95 from the Cote d'Or, France.
Expect toasted almonds, grilled lemons, golden apples, honey and hints of tropical fruit aromas at the core. Fruit-driven, refreshing and balanced it has a slick texture and a long finish trailing cloves and hazelnuts.
